I always pumped my titan up with like half pumps. Could get 30 to 40 in of those. I never squeezed bulb unti my finger and thumb met.

First few months I could tell cylinders had some ridges in them but tips were still well into glans. Over time I stretched out more and more. At about month 7, I could longer add pumps after my initial one. After I got to about 40 of those squeezes that was it.

Bone pressed measurement slowly kept increasing. And I could never bend the cylinders period. For the first 4 or 5 months, missionary was about it. I could not even push it down at all. No way I bent them.

Check your tips when pumped. They should be well into glans.

Finally able to give an update. I continue cycling twice a day but am only getting about 2 partial pumps after about 10 minutes of being hard and pumping until I can not squeeze the bulb. I don't think I am getting anywhere as yet but will continue to try. I do get random sharp pains near the glans. I will also try and get ahold of records from the surgery center. I am pretty bummed as I am 2.5" - 3" less than before the sudden loss of natural erections and at least 2" less that what I was easily obtaining via VED. Thickness is not really anywhere close either.

So far, my Wife and I have had sex twice. It was very different being smaller and did not cum the first time (maybe due to worrying about the implant). The second time I did and her talking dirty to me got my mind away from the implant. I can tell that it is not what it was for her as I used to fill her up well thickness wise. Being that the head is so small now, it really was not getting much stimulus either. The glands or head is actually very small and the aftermath produces a huge ache inside all the way to my anus and sharp random pains in the shaft. I can feel the whole length expand and move inside me. Is this right?

I have not lost any sensitivity as when masturbating all is perfectly well there aside from having to do it very differently due to size.

Also... Notice that "Bulge" at the base, left side. That gets hard as a rock when pumped. I can feel it normally but it gets large and hard when pumped. What is this? Am I kinked? I will add an image showing that better. most of the shaft also will not bend when deflated???

That second picture wherein you can easily bend the tip of your penis suggests very strongly to me that your implant does not enter the glans as deeply as it should.

I don't know if the bulge at the base of the penis is related. If a kink down there kept the implant from advancing as far as it should distally, they might be related. Your surgeon should have a look, I think. A close look.

The surgeon said that the 20 cm would fill me out since I was "shallow inside" but being 4" right now with 2" of loose skin does not seem right math wise. I think it should have been a bigger implant as I have not had any discomfort pumping full in the slightest. Most of this thing is inside me. It being short of the glans, I would guess that 5-6" in inside me????

The limit of the length is the internal fibrous sheath called the tunica albuginea that houses the left and right corpora cavernosa (Singular="corpus cavernosum"). The doctor cuts corporotomies (incisions in the corpora) to insert the cylinders under the penis base. After the cylinders are placed, they stitch over to seal the corporotomies over them. Maybe one or more stitches blew out on one of the corporotomies and the bulge may be the cylinder swelling outside the tunica like a blister on a tire.

I have a similar bulge in the same place. Pretty sure its tubing coming out of the cylinders. It's irritating when pumped up. I have a lot of loose skin and do believe I am undersized, however it seems more evident in your case.

I have the left side bulge as well. Dr. said it was the tubing that runs across the top of the base of my cock down to the pump which seems to be plumbed from the left side. Also it’s the cable/tubing that runs from the reservoir to the pump. It’s more pronounced when pumped up. I think it stimulates my wife in cowgirl position (trying to look for the silver lining;). My post op cock is also about the same size as yours. I lost an inch as well. Still not happy about it, but trying to accept. I am cycling aggressively now, hoping it will help.

So normally, if sized right, I should have pain as the tunica is being stretched again? As mentioned, I can pump this thing up until I cannot get any more out of it with even two hands and no discomfort in the slightest. What are the chances an unencumbered Titan expands length and width wise to fill me out? Meaning, if you had a Titan cylinder sitting on a table and pumped it to max, would it grow over time?
