On first implant or the Tactra? If the latter, remember you were in an "Infection Protocol" so the time period might have been different by necessity to reduce the risk of reinfection of the surgical area.

As to the type of stitches, I got dissolvable stitches with Derma Bond on top (aka, Super Glue)

Next week will be 2 weeks since op and I have an appointment next week to get the stitches off.
Regarding the inflating and deflating when asked: once/day for 5- 10 minutes to keep inflated. Complained about incomplete deflation and I was told to keep the thumbs on the deflating button while squizing the penis and at the end squize some more down towards the pubic bone. Release the button and then squize the pump 1 time to change the valve to the inflating mode. I will try that at home tomorrow since today I felt enough pain at dr. Office.
When complained about the semi inflated mode left after deflation, as others complained too about the coloplast titan, I was told that with time the tubes will become softer. I hope I express myself clear enough to be understood, if not ask for details. Healing takes time, I understand that, today being only 7 days since surgery. I hope to put it to good use soon!

My AMS I push the button hard. Feel a click sometimes. Just put my dick back in my pants and it goes completely flat. If I want to lower the pressure slightly during sex, I push the button, click then rapidly squeeze the pump to click. If I don't push the pump quickly the dick will go flat. Regarding Coloplast, I ordered a sample of a condom style catheter from Coloplast. After receiving them, Coloplast rep keeps calling me to find my results. To much customer support.

Nope, it was the same for both, and I did not go to gym during that time either. Showered, lathered up pubes, and ball area where stitches were not, but used my lathered finger to swipe just underneath. Nothing heavy, just several swipes over stitch area and left it at that. Had to grimace a bit being uncut and forced foreskin back to wash underneath, but that is about it.
