Your flaccid and erect length won't be the same post op.
Mine is about 3/4 to 1 inch shorter flaccid from erect.

I have an AMS700LGX so I am not who you asked for an answer, but what I will tell you applies to both brands. Your penis has been through major trauma. Even when fully deflated it is “tight” and doesn’t want any part of pumping, etc. as it heals it will relax and that is when you will see a change.

On my day 4 I probably had 4” at about 75% pumped. These days 6 3/4” fully pumped and an inch less fully deflated. As us veterans often tell our newer Bionic Brothers, patience is important.

For me is not true. I have around 2 or 3 cm more erected than flacid.

And dude, you are too close to the surgery to make conclusions about size.

Let time pass before disgusting yourself.

I’m with you Magic on the post op size issue.. but I know from all the reading on here we have to be patient and in time our size will slowly return. It may be 4-6 months from now or it could be anywhere from 1-2 years .. everyone is different but have confidence Eid sized you correctly and cycle cycle cycle.. each time getting in an extra pump from the last time and holding for a little longer than the time prior if you can. Start slow.. this is a sensitive area. Baby steps my friend. Even if you are 1cm shorter at then end of the day it’s nothing to dwell on as you can get hard and go to town with it whenever you want!... for as long as you want too! But my guess is you will get to where you were as you had a top doc work on you. Stay positive buddy!

Your post-op erect length should be very close to your pre-op injection measurement. That's one reason why Dr Eid does the pre-op stretch and injection measurements, so both doctor and patient can see the expected post-op length. It's too soon yet to be concerned about length, need time to recover first.

How does your post-op flaccid compare to your pre-op injection length?

2 weeks almost postop. Still stiff and deflated. It’s uncomfortable in this state. However, coloplast user guide mentions cycling can allow for expansion. My preop PD penis was not much bigger before the bend. I am never going back to Pre- Peyronies. But at least I have something to work with.

Some grow after surgery, which I didn't believe despite the comments here, is a fact.

I am now 4 months after surgery, one month and a week since activated (in fact, one month and a half but I had a week in the middle I couldn't cycle). My first lenght in the day of activation was 9,8 cm erected. Now, inflated to the point of pain, is 10,8 cm. And I know there is room for more, because if I pump more, I can inflate more, but pain is too much so I don't continue pushing.

So I have recover about 1 cm in a few more than one month. And I am not doing agresively. Just to the point of disconfort.

My strech test before surgery was 10 cm. So now, I am longer when erected than strech flaccid test. 8 mm longer.
I was not injected before surgery, so I don't have more reference that my aproximate measure when I was young of 12 cm fully erected.

I am a year and a half out and my flaccid length is right at 4", my erect length is 5.5".

As posted by others. Your flaccid length will be less because of "collapse" or "crinckling.. Dr. Eid described it as "accordion-like folds".

In any event, a short rigid penis is better than a long floppy one, eh?
