What do you call him?

Many years ago when I was an undergraduate, I had an appointment at student health services. The doc wanted to take a look at my scrotum, and he said to me “can you move John Henry out of the way for me.” Ever since then I have referred to him as “John Henry.”
I’m curious: what different names do those of us in the bionic brotherhood use, and why? And do you use a different name after surgery?

Never had a name for mine per se, until recently. When I adopted the moniker of Bionic Willy on my Pornhub account recently, I've started calling my male member "Willy".

When my wife and I first got married we called my junk “Dick and the boys”.
