Appt with Dr. Allen Morey on Feb 3 for 2nd opinion on my recent implant

Postby Waynetho » Mon Jan 13, 2020 9:49 pm

I'm now scheduled to see Dr. Allen Morey at UT Southwestern in Dallas Tx on February 3rd, 2020 for his second opinion of my implant that was done in October by another doctor.

At that time I should find out if in his opinion, I should have received the 15 cm implant I got when I'm sporting 5.25" distal length (I personally don't think so). I hope he will, as said in lawyer speak, "take my case" and schedule me for a corrective surgery.

Obviously the easy thing would be to bore out the scar tissue and then simply install some RTE of some length to the rear of the existing cylinders but as I understand it, implant surgeons don't like to do that due to additional risk of infection.

This may very well mean that I have either an 18 cm or 20 cm (or more?) LGX or Titan in my near future!

During an email exchange I had with Dr. Francois Eid, he said he couldn't understand why I got a CX instead of a Titan because the AMS is typically reserved for smaller men, after which he asked me specific HEIGHT and WEIGHT questions instead of length and girth questions (smaller as in "THINNER BODY SIZE", not PENIS SIZE?)

My concern exactly!

FMLFML85, I've done the math (repeatedly) and since my length of 5.25" includes 0.25" of glans tissue over the tips of the cylinders, that means 5" of the 5.9 is distal, at most. Some of my bone pressed measurements have gotten 5" exactly so that may mean 4.75" distal as well.

That gives me a 4.75-5.0" distal leaving a proximal depth of 0.9-1.15".

That's what bothers me. With nothing going remotely into the perineum, I believe that may be why I have a wobble and it hangs so low when inflated (4:00-4:30).

Add to that, when I pump to maximum, there is virtually no pain or feeling of excess pressure. It isn't completely comfortable and will start to ache if I forget and leave it up overnight but I'm thinking "NO PAIN, NO GAIN" with cycling.
