Implant sizing

Hi, just a question on sizing my stretched erect length from pubic bone to penis tip is just over 9 inches . Has anyone else that's been implanted had a similar measurement . And what size implant did you receive ?

So, the general rule is that a third is inside of your body and 2/3 or outside… The implant comes about a quarter inch away from the tip of the head of your penis… The only way anyone is going to know this is when you are on the operating table and they open you up to measure… The rough estimate would put you at 29 or 30… That’s kind of a foolish way to predict though… Get an initial appointment and your doctor can give you a roundabout estimate… Best of luck in everything, my friend!

For 9" distal (bone press length), the numbers would be 13.5" from glans to cruz based on 2:1 ratio (if it follows that ratio).

If the 2:1 ratio is accurate in this case, 13.5" is 34.29 cm. Round up to 35 cm, if a 28 is the longest available, that would require 7 cm of RTE attached. I don't know if that's doable though because it almost sounds like more than 2 RTE would be needed to get 7 cm, unless they come in 3 & 4 cm sizes.

It might be feasible to have a custom length made for him by Coloplast as I believe Dr. Kramer mentioned of the Tactra he inserted in JH2007 (if I'm not mistaken).

There’s another school of thought on the internal measurement and that is 6cm is the average for most men. Maybe the 1/3 of implant being internal is based on the fact most men are close to 6 inches when erect. Watching porn there are male actors who are large despite being short, scrawny, weak small shoulders. The internal measurement isn’t about your penis size it’s about the room inside of your body. There’s guys here who have a 7.5” erection with a 23cm implant (rte included).

Good point there. Maybe that's why Dr. Eid was asking about my BODY SIZE when we were discussing MY suspicions of being short-sized.

If anything is going to work for you it will be a Coloplast Titian. XL cylinders are available up to 28cm. My recommendation is to see Dr Eid. Good luck!

Thanks for the replies, i am in Australia so OS doctors are not an option. I have seen two urologists and both have looked at my penis but neither measured it during consultation has cost me over $1000 so far paying for air fairs and appointments, dopler was $400 on top of that. Has me worried that i will be undersized even though doctors were happy to go ahead with surgery for me.

How the heck is Dr. Kramer suppose to size me AFTER the fact?
I started with one Dr., who actually did size me and I showed him a 'before' pic. With Kramer, it was after the 1st Dr's implant got infected from the get-go. I highly suspect the infection was from the surgery itself, and I told my caregiver after we got home that I felt something was too tight. That tightness, as it turns out, is from the infection getting a foothold in scrotum. I need feedback on the possibilities of why the size difference.
Keep in mind the originally, the idea was to put a malleable in temporarily, then get a 3 piece down the roadl
