I have often seen that VED prevents atrophy of penis after ED. But is it possible to regain lost length or is it gone forever?

My doctor said VED "might" work but there was only anecdotal evidence to support it. He said it couldn't hurt to try though as the increased blood flow was a plus.

Some doctors believe traction may work, assuming your neurovascular bundle has slack (nerves and blood vessels supplying the glans, over the top of the shaft). If the NV bundle isn't slack, there's not much you can do and traction won't even work.

All of the above was PRE-IMPLANT. If you're referring you after getting an implant, consult your own doctor FIRST. Of course you should consult your doctor on the subject anyway, before doing anything but there's less danger of injury or damage before implant.

There is some evidence that RECENTLY lost size may be restored/regained by use of a V.E.D. over a period of a couple months, twice daily n 30 minute sessions. This is pre-implant (or even for men not yet considering an implant).

Post-implant use of VED up until a couple years ago was not considered safe. Medical community may be changing opinion. Hard evidence is yet to be published in the medical journals. (Pun intended)

By all means use a pump - and be leery of those who tell you this or that won't work as if they know.
ED had atrophied my penis until little more than glans was visible and I had to lean over to urinate.
After a year and a half of pumping I have 6 1/2" of penis where before ED I had 5".

Maybe you don't believe me.
The attached photos show the last 9 months of progress with a pump.
At the start I had about 1 and 1/2 inches of atrophied penis from ED.
The first photo is present - as you can see I have gained over an inch.
According to the BS "experts" losses from shrinkage can't be regained.
My flaccid length is nearly 5 inches and my erect is beginning to pass 6 and 3/4 inches, when my biggest pre-ED length was 5 and !/2.
When I reach 7 I'll go for an implant, and then I'll go for 8.

You are my new hero!

For me, regardless of lack of medical studies, I am going to try it. I lost a boatload of inches, and after my next implant, I think I will be on here just looking for further ideas to get it all back!
