I'm no doc but I'd say syphilis if it is an STD. Abx should knock it out.
27 y/o. ED for 10 years following biking trauma. Penile revascularization 2in 014 without benefit. Implant scheduled in May 2018.

I am neither a doctor, but I have much experience with herpes, and, in fact, those pictures point in that direction. If that is not an herpes, at least it seems to be.
Implanted September 12nd 2019. Coloplast Titan OTR 20 cm + 1 cm RTE. Dr Cruz (Spain). Liver transplanted. Born in 1967. ED since 24 in different degrees. Pills stopped working in March 2019. Injections caused much pain.
