Max is right. I have said the same many, many times here.
A perfectly sized Titan is smooth and without crinkles when inflated.
And have some minor crinkles when flaccid.
That's what gives it the possibility to have some difference between flaccid and erect. 2-2.5 cm in my case. But half of that comes from a glans growing with arousal.
