Muscle pull sensation in perineum after sneeze

For those of you who came in late to the story, many have already read my story that I believe I was seriously short-sized in my implant, possibly due to scarring in the proximal part of my corpora cavernosa. I have a 15cm AMS 700 CX implant with no rear tip extenders so in my body I have precisely 15 cm of implant from 0.25" below my glans, to wherever they stop in my groin. Since 15 cm is 5.9", that means I have just over 1 inch of the rear tip in my proximal corpora.

Now that the recap of my story is over, I have noticed that on several occasions in the past few weeks when I sneeze really hard, I can feel what can best be described as a muscle pull in my perineum, between my scrotum and anus. That is a good 1.25-2.0 inches deeper than my implant's rear tips. I have NEVER experienced this feeling during a sneeze before implantation.

I wonder if the "PULLING" feeling may be the rear-tips trying to push deeper into the scarred corpora and if this occurs each time I sneeze really hard, might this cause one or both cylinders to break through the fibrosis and dislodge from where they are currently and move to a more proximal position which might cause a number of other possible complications (i.e., floppy glans or erosion)?

I am pretty sure that nobody here can answer your question from a medical point of view. And even though I am sure someone will do so anyway, you shouldn't pay too much weight to any answers.

What we all can do however, is speak from our experiences.
In my case, the issue that took the longest time to completely heal, was the pain/discomfort in my perineal area. In the early days I had constant discomfort back there. Later when starting to having sex, and even cycling, I had pain/discomfort there when inflating. Some body positions made it worse, such as standing on my knees and bending forward (as in giving oral...). I also remember that I could feel the same feeling when sneezing, even when being deflated. Rarely, I was even sore when sitting down, as in that I could feel something inside my body.
I was, like you, worried and thought that the rear tips might erode throgh and break something back there.
However, that never happened, and after some time (a year? maybe less, I don't remember) I never felt that sensation again.

Of course, this was my case, and it does not have to be relevant in your case. But I thought you would be interested to hear it anyway.

Find it uncomfortable sneezing too. Feel something need the penis, not sure if its the perenium.

My experience was nothing like you guys. After my 1st surgery, my perineum area was sore only when I tried to sit down. I could not sit down to eat, I would have to move my ass up and sit on the edge and avoid the perineum area altogether. It was so painful that I really did not walk around the house because I was in pain sitting down. Reclining and laying down was what I wanted to do. Sandwiches were the thing for me (told my friend 2nd time around that he should get sandwiches....glad this pain never materialized).
I actually dreaded having to eat or go to bed if I was not in bed already. Every time I sat down, it felt like my perineum was being shoved up into my body.
