You mention the measurements, but I don't think I seen you typing the implant you had installed. I presume it was a Titan? He has a reputation for inserting Coloplast AFAIK, and if I remember our conversations right, that's what you were keen on having. I hope so.

As for erectile tissue thing you mentioned he said... I think, but I am not sure that it will impair things like glans engorgement when you are erect, and your penis having that residual erection that some implantees have even with their device inserted.

Normally doctors instruct patients to try muse or Viagra before intercourse to help with that, if they, feel bothered by it.

Yes it was the Titan Touch which is his preferred model.

I get very little glans engorgement so I will assume nothing will change in that area but we will see. Anyone have this issue but saw glans engorgement after being implanted?

Also I get some residual engorgement in the shaft so hopefully that will continue also. Doc did say I had a huge... Exact words... Huge venous leak. I remember reading on FT somewhere I think Lost Sheep may have mentioned it or theorized that the installed implant up against the tear may help in keeping the blood locked in place resulting in a more natural feeling .... Correct me if I'm wrong on that.. My memory is a bit foggy at the moment.

Not a lot of sleep last night due to the constant pulsating pain and discomfort. Took two percocets in the middle of the night to help and had some relief. Emptying the urine is real pain... Hate having to get up but it's not that bad overall. So far this morning it's more of a discomfort which is very tolerable except once in awhile I get this shooting surge go through the right side of the penis and into my testicles.

Laying on my back for the second day now is not as comfortable as it sounds. Starting to get some back pain so I'm trying to keep feet and legs elevated to alleviate some discomfort. I have a small bench from the hotel room up on the bed with my legs resting up on top and two bags of ice on my Johnson and friends. Seems to b doing the trick for now.

Still all bandaged up so no clue what it looks like but don't care. Just want to get through these first few days of icing and removing catheter. On Sunday I get to start hot baths. Also starting to get hungry which wasn't the case yesterday after the surgery for obvious reasons. I hope I can find some reasonable place to deliver at reasonable prices here in NY.

Starting to miss the wife and kids. She has been super supportive through this whole thing when it first appeared in 2010. Feel bad that she's home alone with three kids trying to juggle all of there schedules. It's only a few more days hopefully and I can get back there once Eid has a look on Monday.

You are not afraid of getting hooked on the narcotics? How long are you actually staying at the hotel? Till next Monday? Are you getting your card and all required documentation implant wise, so you can travel problem free before your departure?

I haven't taken any percocets today. Last one I took was before bed last night (4 in total yesterday) and I definitely didn't need any today just taking the ibuprofen 400 mg tablets (1 every 4-6 hours). Just icing the shit out of my shaft and sac but pain is very manageable for sure right now. I leave in a few days - this Monday. I'm not sure what kind of documents I need as I have all of the paperwork from Eid in terms of post operative instructions but will ask if I can get the records from surgery from his office as well. I have already called the surgery centre and requested all the documents from surgery day but they said it will take more time and I won't have it for Monday but will email or mail them when they are ready. I would like to have for my records when I go back to Canada all that was done and what exactly they installed in me etc for future reference.
Anyways so far so good just really boring laying on your back all day and starting to miss my kids... Must be the drugs talking

Post op Day 2 (not counting surgery day),

Another shitty night of on and off sleep. Can't seem to string together more than a couple of hours without waking up due to discomfort in the sac or sleep position etc. Most discomfort is now on the left side of the sac. I'm assuming that is where the pump was placed but I haven't explored down there yet to know for sure. Tomorrow I'm supposed to take out my own catheter and start hot baths in this tiny hotel bath tub.. Should be interesting.

As far as Meds are concerned I'm only taking the ibuprofen as directed and have been doing so since yesterday as pain is very manageable , it is more like someone is pinching the skin on your scrotum and they have long nails... But it is a constant feeling which sucks. I'm sure the hot baths will help.. Can't wait until tomorrow .

Also haven't been able to go to the bathroom (#2), but I feel like I have to sometimes and then just sit there and nothing. Took some milk of magnesia last night but nothing yet so hoping for some success in that department today. Nothing else to report as I'm still all bandaged up.
