I have just starting pumping. Had to call Ams 4 advice a gal named Jamie helped me. She said to pump it up fully 2x a day and i would see some length coming back. I've lost like 3-4 inches. Is this true if i do the exercises regularly and take it seriously i will get some of my length and girth back after a year
Thanks

You have a long way to go, yes you will keep growing, don't sweat it at this point, stay calm and cycle, cycle and cycle!
After about 4 months you will be closer to your max length.

If you lose length like 2 or 3 inches how do you get it back if the doc can theoretically only put in what length is left? I mean if you used to be 24 cm before ED and are now only 18 cm and doc can only put in 18 cm how do you get bigger? Won't the implant be too small to stretch out the penis that much more?

Some doctors such as Perito (Eid may be in the list) conservatively oversize the implant so it has room to grow. That way as your tissues stretch, the implant can accommodate the more roomy space.

Well, going by the recent posts, I sure hope Dr. Kramer oversized me and that my 8" will come back very soon, lol.
Its only been a month, but I have noticed growth from my post-op disappointing outcome. Patience is not one of my virtues, but I am forced to patient, so I am waiting here.

I know I shouldn't say this, but how the hell can you lose 3" or more unless you have severe pre-op conditions?
This isn't rocket science, they measure you internally and install cylinders and RTEs to equal that dimension.

I think in Agfa13's case, Dr. Kramer "re-measured" him for the Tactra because he wasn't the original doctor to install the AMS and didn't necessarily have the original dimensions. Additionally, if he was remodeled and couldn't activate for a month or two, some of the remodeling could have started to knit together causing a loss between the original implant surgery's internal measurement and the revision surgery's re-measurement.

I'm sure everyone is hoping for Afga that once he gets the Titan that he will start regaining the length he lost. Personally, I wish I had my 34 year old length from 1995 (7") but I've got to be happy with my 58 year old length of 5" and pray that a little more may come if I get a revision to properly anchor the rear part of my cylinders, assuming I did in fact get seriously short-sized as I suspect.
