Small scrotum issues

Postby young_and_impotent » Wed Jan 08, 2020 9:51 am

Does anybody else have a small scrotum?
The pump kind of sticks out in my case and if it's cold, it becomes tight and pains.
I hope this goes away with time. Anybody in a similar situation?
I can use scrotal support but I doubt it will help too much as the package is already really tight.

Along the same lines, what is the long term outlook if you have a decent sized nutsack but REALLY big balls.

For better or worse I’ve got 2 grade A large hens eggs sized balls. When stuffing them in a tight swimsuit and going to the beach it was cool. Now sharing the nutsack with a pump is very uncool

Only on day 8. Start to cycle in less than a week. Now that the swelling is down, the twos company, threes a crowd rule is in effect and I’ve got some real pain. My first pain actually

Not even wanting to think about pumping. I’ll be on shock therapy or in the ICU. Maybe both

I deflated and now my glans area pains.
Implant tips are not supposed to reach the glans when deflated right?
I guess I'll try my first cycle tomorrow.

My doctor left me with something of a conundrum. I've got, as you say, a Grade-A in the left side and a marble in the right. Where did the pump get installed? In the left side, sharing with the Grade-A.
The issue is that there is a septum between the right and left sides of the scrotum that keeps the balls from getting tangled, so my left testicle and pump have to coexist in a small one room duplex while the right one has plenty of room.

The implant shouldn't move between deflated and inflated, aside from the expansion. The tips are as they will be. They usually will be about a quarter of an inch below the surface inside the glans, depending on the individual's specific anatomy. If the tips were to retract out of the glans when deflated, you would be at risk for erosion through the end of this penis.

I have a very small scrotum. That makes two things that bother me very much. First, my right testicle is pushed to the front and to the up side, so now I have my right testicle in an horizontal plane above the left, and in a vertical plane before the left. So apart from the deformity, it makes my erection one cm smaller, because being to the front, it goes to the inside face of the shaft of the penis, and borrow lenght from the right side. Also, it makes the right nut a little swollen, and it aches if I touch it. Second, the pump is buried deep inside the lower part of the pubis, making it a little difficult to reach. Instead of hang freely into the scrotum, it makes base to the scrotum at the low. These two things, carries to another: the tubing is not buried in the inside part of the body, it is very evident at touch.

I asked to my doctor if tubes cannot be shorted in order to make room there, and he told me that it is not possible, he showed me an implant and told me everything is a non-separatable piece. It is strange because I have seen videos in which tubes are cut and joined together again.

Regardind tips of cylinders into the glans, of course they are into the glans when deflated. Otherwise would not be possible to go inside when inflated.

Pain in the tip is something normal. Time will make it dissapear.

My sac is quite small also, no real free space. Small testicles too (thank god I guess) due to effects of hypogonadism (primary) shrinking them down in the context of testosterone replacement being on board. Titan Touch XL put in on 11/18. 28cm. Have had a hell of a time orienting and operating the deflate valve. Inflate is easy. Valve apparatus size plus swelling made it all challenging. Am only on day 3 of cycling now, I'm 2.5 weeks behind due to my incompetence operating the deflate and just waiting out the swelling. So swelling plus naturally close-to-the-body sac not ideal. Fishing my nuts around was not fun even a week ago but it's getting a little better with the edema dissipating. Yes that big ass marble hangs pretty prominently dead center in my sac between my nuts. Was always squeamish and sensitive in the balls area but holy hell man, the motivation to get back in the saddle and have sex...is making me push past all sorts of things now. The visual of my sac is odd now but I don't care, neither does she, we just want to take this sweet thing for a test drive this weekend. I'm finding all kinds of compromises and things where I would have rolled my eyes and not believed most of what I'm going through these last 7 weeks, but my doc was awesome and my recovery was smooth and effectively pain free and now I have weird stuff in my body but it's whatever...blessed to have the chance to get hard anytime and do what we want to do. I'm sorry for the challenges you're having with your apparatus...it sort of seems like you deserve a bit of a more in depth, expanded explanation and answers/options from your surgeon?

My scrotum is tight… I assume because I’m still in my early 30s? really, I’ve never seen another guys sack to the point where I noticed the size of it… I have no clue what qualifies as big or little in that department… LOL I assume that like every other part of my body, I’m proportionate? but to the original poster, things are tight in there… I can’t say that the cold is affecting me. I think a lot of it is dependent on how the pump sits, also… seriously though... Grade a?! Cheese and rice… i’ve got maybe two prune sized puppies if that…
Implanted October 2019 Dr. Kramer lgx 18 cm +2 rear tips. Preop at 6.75 post op 5.25... awaiting revision… Implanted for possibility of having our first child.

This thread is a blessing in disguise. Never really thought of the ball sac thing. I have written about my issues on here with my infection with the pump. I am here in Maryland, so I the weather is both freezing and balmy, like right now.
The AMS that was put in this past August was infected, but I never really paid attention if my nut sac was too big or not. No problems on my implant right now, nothing in balls as I have the malleable, but thinking about the Coloplast I am thinking of...
See if a VERY warm bath or shower lets things relax a bit more and see how pump feels then. With this weather, not sure what to say, even if to say to talk to Dr. about it.
