Implant Bust! Desperate For Advice!

Hello everyone. I am in desperate need for advice. I has implanted with the AMS 700 LGX in 2015. Everything went perfect and my surgeon was one of the best. I only have great things to say about him. Anyway, Sunday night I was cycling my pump and I usually leave it inflated for about 20 to 30 minutes. While lying in bed I felt and heard a pop in my penis. While feeling around I noticed some bubbly crunchy feeling around one of the cylinders. I know I must have blown out one of the cylinders on my implant. The implant is no longer functional and when I attempt to inflate it all I hear is a loud squishy sound and the ball stays depressed. It was so professionally done and worked great and the results was more than satisfying. I refuse to see any other doctor but the one who originally implanted me.
My problem is that I no longer have the original insurance that covered the surgery. My insurance now is crap and I know they will not cover me. I do qualify for a special enrollment period and have a few different options for insurance but not the original one I used for the initial procedure. Is there anyway I can find out who will cover my revision without raising any red flags? I know they would deny me if they knew I needed a surgery. Would a secondary gap insurance cover the costs? I have not been seen by my physician yet because I don't want them to consider it to be a preexisting condition. These insurance companies look at any reason to deny you coverage. I have been slowly piecing my life back together from a bad motorcycle accident that destroyed by finances. I am in no means able to pay out of pocket. Anybody with some insurance knowledge please help, this language is very Greek to me.
One last thing, am I able to use a VED to keep my length and girth until I can get a revision? I have a broken, busted implant and no way of inflating it or getting an erection. I don't want to atrophy, I had great results. I know it will potentially be months or possibly over a year till I can get implanted again. Hopefully it don't take that long but the situation looks very bad right now. I really need help. Please help me.
