I'm aware of constipation issues with opiods mentioned numerous times on this Board. How about a method I use for colonoscopy. 3 days prior, stop eating solid foods.

Followed prior to IPP surgery and perhaps 2 or 3 days after surgery? Certainly would limit stress/strain.

Very interesting with surgery 1 week from today a good thought. Will talk with the staff tomorrow when I go for pre-op.
