So was deflated today and PA did it twice and I am still walking with a semi erection. Definitely not as hard for the past 5 days. But I am still swollen. So for you titan guys is this what a flaccid titan looks like. Or does it relax more overtime? ...

I assume you are not joking when you ask if your flaccid will get better over time.
But I assure you, when you read this question in your journal here on FT a couple of years from now, you will laugh and think the question looks like a joke actually.

As they say, a picture says more than a thousand words. So let me post a few pics of my flaccid.
One pic is my "flaccid" right after surgery. Swelling and stiff cylindes made it point well above 3 o'clock with minimal inflation. It looked more or less like this for a few weeks. Not easy to hide in clothes...

Second pic is my flaccid in February 2017. This is 15 months after surgery. Quite ok, but nothing like the last pic, my flaccid today.

So take it easy man. Your flaccid will inevetably look like shit after six days. It will after 60 days as well. But wait 600 days and it will be great. Patience...

I didn't. Couldn't. I stayed 3 weeks in my hotel in Manhattan because of pain and because of my crazy "flaccid". Once I flew home, it was not nice. Quite embarassing. I tried to hide it by pressing it up towards my belly with tight underwear. But that meant I had to wear my sweatpants way up higher than any normal person would have. Plus my dick still pointed out, very visible that it pointed straight up. Looked like an absolute idiot. I flew out from JFK and it was a painful experience.
I had a 30+ hours trip back to SE Asia and it wasn't my best 30 hours in my life. Had a business class ticket with one of the best airlines on the planet and the cabin girls took good care of me, but probably had a good laugh at me when I didn't hear them...
But I just bit the bullet and ignored the pain, discomfort and the looks.

Bigger problem came later when I had to get back to work. Second week at work (four weeks after surgery), my dick had gone down till maybe 90 degrees. I was hosting a global sales conference at work. Had to stand up for hours and talk in front of an audience. I had no choice but force bend my dick down in my pants.
I still think that was a bad idea. Looking back, I should have pointed it up. If not possible, then sideways. Not down as I did. My angle lost half an hour those days and I think it was a permanent loss. Not a big deal now, as it still is 2:00-2:30 when erect. But I would have preferred 1:30...

I forgot to factor in that my Peyronies dick could have used a graft. Surgeon already.
Did a plication. The graft was a no go because the surgery was already 2 hours in. Infection concerns. When inflated I have a bend but acceptable. I guess I expected the penis Point down instead at 3pm. But where the graft would go maybe holding it up.

To address this point:
Dr. Eid told me I was nearly totally deflated as well on the pic from right after the surgery above. Doesn't look like that at all, but I trust the man. According to what he told me (as I remember it), he always leaves his patients almost or totally deflated after surgery to make sure there is no scare tissue formed around a less than full reservoir.
Penis shrinkage is avoided by his skills which allows very early cycling, normally during the first week.
Not so in my case however, I had to wait till day 13.
But even then, I did not lose any size. I actually gained more than 1 cm from me pre-op size...

So anyway, yes, a Titan right after surgery will point straight out in some cases even though it is deflated.
Two reasons:
Stifness of cylinders.
Swelling. I.e. body fluids trapped inside your dick after surgery.

Both will disappear over time.

And by the way, for those of you worrying about size early on, again, look at my pic above from right after surgery. I thought this was going to be my final erect size.

First of all, the pic from immediately post-op above is not inflated. It is deflated but stiff and erect due to brand new stiff cylinders and internal swelling.
Second, there is no arousal and hence no glans swelling in that pic. Only this factor alone adds about 1 cm to my length today.

I will see if I can find an infalted pic from lately.

Thank you for sharing the post-op photo showing your deflated dick pointing outward. I think when guys see how great your results are they assume you never went through the stages they are going through. Mine stood out like that at first, too. For some reason I decided back then not to take pix until everything looked presentable, so I have no proof of my similar situation. I know this will give comfort to men who fear what they see early on is what they will have to live with.

So day 6 and thanks to some of the comments I feel better. Although my deflated and lateral bent penis looks more like preop then post op. I don’t have the dorsal bend anymore. I guess I am freaked because it hurts having my penis sticking at 3pm. I have no place to put it. Sweat pants, jock, pocket underwear I can’t hide it. Or it gets in the way. So little depressed after such a good postop. Then after deflation I am still am hard. Now prior to Pd I would not complain about a hard 6 inch penis. But PD cut that in half. Ok that’s life, so my implanted penis whatever it becomes will have more girth then I ever could image. The titan was the only option with my PD. Dr said he could have done a graft. But that would have meant 2 hours more surgery. He said the infection risk rises the longer your open. Which of course makes sense. He said if after cycling and using the titan if the bend is still a problem he could graft. But again revision and grafting can lead to sensation loss and infection. So enough of me crying a river. Here are today’s photos . I could have penetrative sex now and not even inflate. Won’t do that.

Looks pretty normal to me. A lot better than the bend on your pre-op photos. Give it time and you'll be pleased with the results. My AMS CX can now be bent down with no pain (other than tenderness of the glans, where the front tips are. A month ago that would've been unheard of.

thanks for comments. Went back to surgeon today. Cylinders are empty. this is my penis with just the cylinders in. I thought I would be different when deflated. I can't imagine what it will look like when inflated.
