Several layers of clothes and loose worked for me.

I went prepared with a well used jock strap but came home not wearing it.

I had on s light long sleeve t sshirt with a light short sleeve t shirt above.

Down below....the gauze-like male hospital drawers with dressing, drain tucked inside.

A layer of relatively snug gym shorts, Army type. It held everything kind of flat without too much pressure. Tight is not really my friend right now. Over everything I had a pair of loose baggy gym shorts. They concealed quite a bit although my balls were pretty unmistakeable. I’ve had big balls since puberty and swollen up they were not about to be successfully hidden.

I wasn’t going in with the mindset of looking lewd or scandalous. Comfort - mine - was what drove the train. I’m no exhibitionist but the word modesty isn’t in my vocabulary. I’m a man with man parts and I’ve never felt compelled to try and pretend II don’t.

Since you are probably on a cooler climate I’d look at drawers, a gym dhort, and top it off with sweatpants. You ought to be comfortable enough that way without getting busted for public indecency.

I’ll be hitting my 48 hour surgeon follow up about the time they do you. Not sure if you’re a believer but I’ll have you in thoughts and prayers. Can’t hurt, right?

Two pouch underwear such as Separatec or David Archy (make sure it's 2 pouch). Amazon has then and ii bought probably over $100 worth in the week or two following my surgery.

I LOVE David Archy briefs, both the two and 1 pouch. They have enough "ballroom' for my oversized nuts and as a matter of fact I just bought 6 more pairs (Single pouch) this week! Thanks David! LOL
Use Super Quadmix due to severe Venous leak.Have a GREAT DAY!
