I have one last question before surgery. I've been reading different post on this website for probably 6 months now. I'm one week away and I guess I will ask a very controversial question. According to my Dr I will probably fall in between a 23-24cm implant. Now I do know that it all depends on how much goes inside of u. I've read post where 24 only got u 6.25 and I've read post where 22 gets u 6.75 so it's a little confusing. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Everyone is different and it also depends on how much body fat you have. Measured from my pubic bone, I'm around 6.5" with a similar size implant.

You answered your own question. A portion of the device is inside your body. Each of us had a unique anatomy so until your surgeon gets in there it is unknown for sure what size implant will be used and how much will be inside.

In my case, in my pre-surgery consultation, my surgeon said he would likely use a 14cm device based on the stretch test. Once he got in he scraped some Peyronies plaque and my shaft loosened up. I end up with 21cm. I maxed out at 6 3/4”. As you said, there are guys with shorter devices who are longer and guys with longer devices who are shorter. What will be will be. The great thing is you will have a penis that works. Best wishes to you.
