Pump Technique

Postby Dave52 » Mon Dec 30, 2019 9:45 pm

I’m Interested in the different techniques that we use to pump I don’t mean initially for cycling but I mean after six months a year or so with the implant do people have different techniques that work better for Titans or for LGX . One hand two hands or vice grips what works and what is the most affective. Is the best result when it’s as hard as possible or what is just right. Before implants when we got a hard on we didn’t really have control over how hard it was for us or whether it was a diamond cutter or a mushy are we better off now. Looking for Some imput.

I always hold onto the tubes right above the valve block with my left thumb and index finger and pump with right thumb tip against index finger at second joint. I find squeezing the ball closer to the valve block keeps my fingers from slipping off. I tried pumping one handed this morning and my fingers slipped off.

I did use the two-handed pump approach until sometime recently when I somehow managed to master the use of my non-dominant (left) hand to pump with (the pump is in the front left side of my scrotum). I even got a morning video of my 60th day post-op activation.

I've already posted the link to the video of my inflation and deflation on day-60 in another thread but will post again if anyone wants to see it but cannot find it. It's my one and only video on the porn site PORNHUB.COM. It was the only place I could think of that hosting that type of video would be acceptable. My profile name is "BionicWilly".

Practice, practice, practice. I too use mostly a single hand, trapping the top of the pump between my thumb and my index / middle finger. That reduces the chance of the pump shooting around your sag like a marble. I pump until it won't pump anymore. I have strong hands and I am always fearful that I may break the plumbing if I pump too hard. I also tend to use little pumps versus squeezing the pump completely. Again, just my fear of breaking something and my desire to have my implant last longer.

I never experienced any pain from cycling because I continued to use shots, pills and a pump to masturbate. That kept my size up pre-implant.

Pumping up is no issues and I don't try to hide it from my partners. I haven't come across anyone yet who doesn't prefer a cock that can satisfy them when they are in the mood from men over 50.

What I still need to work on is deflating. I have the original Titan pump, which my doc said is more reliable. With it, I have to hold the deflate button while I squeeze my cock. There is a piece of flesh (vein??) that I have to slide away from the pump before squeezing it. Its not hard to do.

I’ve tried various ways since my implant 6 months ago, but find that the technique that oldbeek uses works best for me. Usually 20 to25 light squeezes as my pump is still pretty hard to squeeze. Hopefully it will get easier over time. Happy New Year, Bailey

More often than not I am laying down when I pump, but my technique also works while standing. I use two fingers on one hand to push down on the pump, with one finger on either side of the valve. This prevents the pump from moving around. The other hand pumps. When I am laying down my penis is free to expand. When I am standing I actually use the arm of the side holding the valve in place to cradle my penis to keep it out of the way so my other hand can freely pump without my shaft being in the way.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
