Yes I am just amazed. Last night went to bed with full deflation. Work up early this morning with very decent erection. Been three days since Cials 20 mg.

I was able to achieve spontaneous before implant just had a time span of 2 minutes before loosing it agggg.

I am horny all the time with this added weight. And if I get aroused since it has been 3 weeks I feel the pain of the arousal. Crazy!!! My color has returned to my glans. For the first 2 weeks my glans and penis looked a bit cadaver LOL.

Fully inflated (I guess pump gets hard) 7.5 inches with 6 inch girth. Still working on it... OMG fingers crossed! I appreciate comments thank so much to all.

Corporal tissue is/are the cylinders on either side of the penis that are supposed to fill with blood that give you the hard on. In some cases those cylinders are undamaged so implants can be placed along side.

I think all high-volume surgeons try to preserve the corporal tissue. They don’t remove it, and they TRY to not damage it; however the cylinders are implanted next to this tissue, so it’s hard to not damage it. I suspect that this depends a lot on an individual’s anatomy. I know that’s true for Kramer. I suspect that most surgeons do the same.

Actually the cylinders are placed inside the corpora, in the middle of the tissue, but if the dilation didn't do too much damage to the tissues but simply compresses it so the cylinder can fit in the middle, in theory the cavernous tissues can retain their functionality.
