Why do I still have cycling pain?
20 months since implant. still have pain when cycling. about 8 on a scale of 1-10 when pumped hard. When having sex, have to be careful not to pump too hard. If I do, as the extra excitement builds it becomes to painful to be enjoyable. I have not gained any length since the operation. Any ideas??

Re: Why do I still have cycling pain?
My guess is that you still have room in the implant to stretch more. Pump less when prepping for coitus and only pump to, or near max when "exercising" your penis (cycling).

Re: Why do I still have cycling pain?
To my understanding that pain is caused because you are stretching Penile tissues. My surgeon said cycling to recapture lost length may take me two years. As long as that is still occurring you may feel pain.
Our bodies are all very different so if it persists you should really contact your surgeon to see if anything else may be causing the problem.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
