If you've got a good surgeon who conservatively oversizes you beyond your stretch length, you will encounter some folding or "accordion" in the implant initially. As the swelling subsides and tissues start to expand a bit, you should reach the stretch length and the small amount of over-size should allow for more length as tissues stretch more. Some have continued to get length gains for 8-10 months or longer after implant.
The CX does not expand in length because it's restricted by a mesh covering but the slight oversizing will provide for a small amount of gain beyond the stretch amount under the right circumstances (tissues stretching, etc).
The "Additional length options" referred to in the documentation apparently refer to RTE or Rear Tip Extenders. The LGX is the model that expands both in girth *AND* length (Length and Girth eXpansion).
