The answer is probably buried in the archives but I haven’t found it yet. So I’ll ask a question. It might be a bit premature since I’m not being surgically enhanced for another 5 1/2 Days.

I’ve been told, have read, and seen folks discussing how the head of their dick doesn’t necessarily harden up after surgery.

Do any of the ED drugs have an effect in that?

Reason I ask is I got a text from my mail order pharmacy asking if I want a refill on my 100mg Viagra. Getting an implant in a few days....I can’t see much need. Unless, of course, a little dose like maybe 1/4 tablet can encourage blood flow and hardening up of the head.

If your getting the correct blood flow then you probably won't need the pills but I would refill because it also will help

MagicMike is right. According to my Uro, the blood supply to the glans is separate than that to the erection chambers that your implant will replace.
My Doc gave me a scrip for Sildenafil, 20mg tablets which can be used. Much cheaper than Viagra. Around $15 for 30 pills.

And I'm taking Tadalafil (Cialis generic) which isn't too costly either. I am taking a 5 mg "Daily Dose" (a 20 mg cut in half across the middle and then each half cut again down the length.)

Helps to keep my glans firmer when not aroused (it was floppy like a wet rag, now it's like the firmness of bread dough). When aroused it's considerably more rigid.

A while back a uro explained to a prostate cancer support group I was in at a local hospital that the glans engorgement and the erection thingie are two separate processes. And he told us that after a prostatectomy some guys have the glans engorgement process return as natural (mine swells up with arousal, like natural) and some guys do not.

My glans is as big as it ever was if I am horny, or even just am maturbating.

I do not even have to pump up the titan to masturbate and I go from a 4.30 or 5 o clock position to 3 o clock just from engorgement alone.

For sex, i do have pump up though. Nice thing is i have the glans engorgement with a hard straight dick.

9 months with titan, still happy. And absolutely no negatives to say or even complain about.

If I even thought about anything negative, I just look down at my straight hard dick just before I get ready to have sex.
