Do you think public figures, politicians, musicians like Trump or Mick Jagger have implants? I would bet my pension they do!

I wonder if an implant has ever rejected a person?

...and I was thinking, stupid me to dare question...thanks, I feel less stupid now. But guys, the press never touches this subject. They talk about women implants, but I never saw in the news anything about male implants. I guess it would bring a lot of light on the subject and more men would find out about it.

I think it's more acceptable to talk about breasts and their details than to talk about a penis and its details. A societal thing, I guess. :?

How many public figures would come out with such a story story?

How electable would a president with an implant be? (I can see the ads now..."impotent president"). Enlightened voters (and other world leaders) might not blink, but the vast majority would, I suspect, join in with ridicule.

Breast implants are more out for public view. I suspect that the installed numbers are higher than penile implants. Many women are used to a lot of enhanced or fake looks amongst other women. Think hair color, fake or booth tans, pretty much anything on women's faces. All the garments to push or pull things over to where they want them. Not much is real about many of the women in the show business or fashion industries. Then move over to the trophy women.
I do have to admit that some of them look pretty good. I'm afraid that some of them would scare the crap out of me if I was to see them the next morning.

Of course haven't men been guilty of (at least in jokes) putting rolled-up socks inside their underwear to increase the bulge in their pants? ;)

Not just in jokes. In real life. And not just in modern times. Look up the term "codpiece" (though there is some controversy over whether it was designed to camouflage or to enhance). And read the number of posts wherein men here suggest going out on the town semi-inflated - "advertising", so to speak..
