It can always get worse :), I wanted AMS LGX or Titan and got AMS CXR 14+6 due to scarring. I am happy about the outcome anyways.
Born 1995, VL since 18, pills dont work, injections provide good 20 minute erection which hurts, implanted AMS CXR 14+6 due to fibrosis

What was your post op length? Did you see an increase?
28 year old with severe lifelong ED.
Implanted in New Delhi on 26/12/19 with AMS CX (15x12) + 4cm RTE
Post op length 4.5 inches from ~ (5.5 to 6) inches. Disappointed!
Wish to have a revision to LGX some day.

Still pains to sit longer than 1 hour. It pains in the scrotum, the left testicle seems to be attached to the pump/tubing. Is this normal?

It happens. It is better to release those adhesions as soon as you can. (Perhaps a better description is to tear away those adhesions as soon as you can.) It is not a pain-free activity, but doing it without surgery is better.

Sit in a warm bath and manipulate your scrotum gently to release the testicle from the implant components. Identify your testicle AND the epididymis (the tube which moves the sperm from the testicles. Vas deferens.) You don't want to tear those. Gently pull, rotate, pinch, whatever it takes to work your tissues from the implant parts. Go slowly so you don't damage anything. Keep in communication with your surgeon and the implant manufacturer's Patient Liaison (the P.L.'s job is to help you).

Good luck.

Thanks, maybe they aren't stuck, I have a really small sack.
But I will try this anyway in the shower. Unfortunately don't have a bath.

May just be two roommates in a tiny apartment. I have a very large left testicle and small right one. The doctor put the pump in the left side of my scrotum so the testicle typically rides above the pump most of the time as there's insufficient room to ride behind the pump (and when it does, I get the "kicked in the nuts" feeling.)
