If there was a leak then presumably you would be able to get fewer and fewer pumps before the bulb went flat.

Do you think you are pumping less to achieve this flatness?

Please do not worry about sounding like panicking, as the doctor is the expert and you are paying for his services you should be able to ask as many questions as you may have.

I think having a flat pump is a big reason to call your doctor and look for some answers, maybe this is nothing or maybe you have a leak, your doctor have to tell you.

The manufacturer's Patient Liaison is there for you as well as your surgeon. And the Liaison is already paid for. And often has better insight in the workings of the mechanism than the surgeon who implanted it. The manufacturer has his expertise - the machinery. The surgeon has his expertise - your flesh.

26cm, how big of a reservoir was installed ? sounds like not enough saline.
82, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05, 4-18,, .07 1/19,.05 4/19, .03 11-21, .04 11-23, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20
