Using my implant for the first (second) time

Postby oneperson » Wed Dec 25, 2019 5:34 am

Hi all,

As I have told here, first time I tried to have sex after implant, about one month ago, was an impossible mission because of lack of size and much pain in the tip of penis, having to abandon 5 minutes after begin.

Yesterday night, finnaly, I feel that I could try again. I began to arouse my wife, I pumped to the point just before discomfort, and there was enough size to try. I used lubricant to facilitate, and we had 20-30 minutes of sex. We tried several approaches. She over me was impossible, too much pain, not in the tip but in proximal, at the base of pennis. Me over her and me from her rear, was perfectly possible. I felt a little disconfort but nothing I cannot bear.

She is very hard to reach the orgasm, and if she is not over me, it is very difficult for her to reach it, so yesterday, after those 20-30 minutes, could not have orgasm. She enjoyed much but not till the end. I, on the other side, though was pretty difficult due to disconfort, was able to do, and I had one of the most intense orgasms in my life.

That is the good news. Now, the bad. We went to sleep and after 3 or 4 hours I woke up with really, really bad pain in my penis. Very difficult to describe, and not clear the exact point. Not in the tips, I am sure about it. In the shaft. But I think that pain comes from the buried part of the implant, the proximal corpora (I think that is the name). Or the prostate (it is very difficult to separate prostate from proximal zone), and reach the middle of the shaft. I have had to take analgesics, and still aches. Less than before, but still aches. If I bend down to take something from the floor, for example, the pain increases.

I wonder if that is normal. Today will be dificult to cycle with that pain.

Great news! An excellent holiday present - congratulations! Same here, my wife and made love last Friday night for the first time since implant (5 weeks) for about 30 minutes. I was able to cum inside as well:) I was sore as hell for 3 days afterward. It all hurt. I did not cycle. I think that will make it hurt more and slow the healing. Give your self a break, sounds like you are making great progress. Advil helps reduce the pain and inflammation. Expect it to be like that again next go round. With having had peyronies before, I think it’s par for the course through the extended healing process for me. Focus on your achievements- now you know that it works :D

Hello White Cane, I was very interested in reading your reply about having pain when the implant is first inflated. I have just started cycling after having recently activated my implant. As I understand it, it is normal to have some pain or discomfort in a “stretching“ feeling when you first start inflating the implant?

My doctor is not very helpful at all. The office visits are very rushed and the resident who works with him sell them communicates the types of issues that I tell him about.

Here I go again. First day after sex, 25th, has been the hell. The most intense pain in the penis after surgery, with MUCH difference. AINE's didn't help. The only idea of thinking in cycling was terrific. I took cyclin holydays.

Second day, things went a little better. Pain went down, ibuprofen helped to lower it more. I tried inflate in the morning, and had to surrender when I was 12 or 13 pumps. At night I was able to pump 20 times and keep it inflated 15 minutes during shower.

Third day, today, things go much better. No pain, just a little disconfort. No need of pills, and I will return to cycling rehabilitation.

Fearing next sex turn. Oh my god, I didn't know it was so hard!!

It is very hard, I also experienced pain during sex when I was activated and for sometime, however I kept cycling everyday in the bathtub with hot water, after a while I stopped the baths and changed the routine a bit, pumped my implant to the max I could tolerate and kept it for about 20 or 25 min, then deflated it 100%, then took a hot shower and during the shower pumped it up again for another 10 or 15 mins.

Today, almost six months after the surgery, the pain is mostly gone but sometimes when I pumped the implant to the point that the pump is hard as a rock, my penis hurts a bit but after a couple of minutes the discomfort is gone.

The very good news is that I do not experience any pain during sex anymore.

Glad to hear from all of you and I am glad that you are having success in various stages. It seems that the most important thing is to cycle daily and allow the implant to “settle in“.

I have read in a couple of different places that with time length does actually increase a little bit. Has anyone heard that?

I will say that it can be painfull after for sure. Last summer my wife and I were in the pool and to be honest I was drinking bourbon and her tequila. This was about 3 months after titan implant. We had had sex but not for more than 20 or 30 minutes before that night.

We were in pool for hours and had sex off and on for hours in pool and hot tub. and then finished in bed. Neither one of us really remembered much the next day. Not something I am proud of. At least the drunk part.

I say this because the next day she could barely walk and I was sore from my tip to my crotch. I stayed that way for a week.. It was way to much to soon. I was worried I had done something way stupid and broke it.

Moderation, is the key. Take it slow. I thought I might have broke something for sure. I did not but was worried for over a week. It was a learning lesson for sure.

Take it slow, lots of lube or make sure she is wet. The cylinders are really hard and can bruise her insides I guess. Especially if it has been a while since you had vigorous sex.

We had a real issue with anything but missionary for months. She could sit on me as well if I was standing up or sitting, hence the pool was great. Now we are good with any position. But I am at 9 months with titan.

I have to say, she likes it when she is on her belly and I am on top and and rock forward. The titan is so hard that I can hit her g spot real good. Sends her over the top real quick.

Take it slow and easy though. The cylinders are hard and no give.
