I think I've said on here before I was never overly obsessed with how long my dick was. In fact, I had never measured it until after being implanted and reading about the bone press method on this forum. Upon first being activated at my doctor's office my initial response was "I seem to remember being longer than that!". I did the bone press measurement and I think I came out at about 5.75 inches hard. I researched that and found out I was in the vast majority of average size for my ethnicity so I forgot about the whole thing. My wife told me all along everything was as she remembered it and we went to town with my new capability. Over this past weekend, while in a hot shower, I inflated to a max I'd never done before. In just over two years it seems my pump is capable now of delivering twice the amount of pumps as it did before. I kept pumping until the bulb was rock hard and began to marvel at my dick size. I got out of the shower and dried off and promptly got a ruler and did a very light bone press as I don't have much fat in that area thankfully. Imagine my surprise to find I'm now a full 6.25 inches plus a smidge. I didn't have any pain or burning at this new max inflation. I actually had to stand in front of a full length mirror and admire myself awhile. I guess I'm living proof that size comes back eventually and also the added bonus of a libido like in my 20's, only with far greater ability than when I was that young. If you’ve noticed me posting a bit more it’s because as surgery approaches I’m getting antsy. We are 13 days out as of now.

Yes, loss of size is a concern to me. I’m not a pornstar. I was always a grower and thought I was undersized only to find out I was well above average and had what one might call borderline large (6.8 L x 6.0 C when erect on trimix).

The doc about to install me examined me, obviously. For length he had me stand, in a cold examining room and really without time to relax. He whipped out his ruler, laid it up alongside my dick and said, “oh yeah, 15 cm, I’ve got plenty to work with.”

I said whoa, we need to measure again, it gets to be 6.8 (17 cm) erect. Yank on that sumbitch and stretch it. He did and called it close to 16.

He told me there were variables once he had me open, but promised to fit me with as much prostheses as my anatomy would safely handle. He said pretty much everyone on here has said...after the surgery it would be noticeably shorter but a year of cycling the LGX would have me back to or at least real close to where I am. Plus I’d have a real erection that would work and that the AMS was not as girthy as a Titan but he couldn’t envision a situation where I’d be wanting or needing anything thicker than what I end up with.

So after hearing all that what the heck am I supposed to think?

I lost both length and girt but had a larger than average cock, to begin with, that created size issues on occasion. I know all docs do measurements differently.
I wish they would just skip the pre-surgery speculation of what you'll end up with.

My doc didn't want to know what I thought my erect length was and did no stretch or injected tests to know.
When I wakened, I was right at my lifelong size (after first inflation that is).
He had told me he would inject something when I was unconscious to measure me internally.

I sent one with face to Dr. to show I was not kidding when asking about size. I am big, but I have seen bigger in porn, I am above average:)!

Again I say it (because it's important): Guys do not automatically loose length when they get an implant. Like many other guys here at FT, I have my original (meaning pre-prostatectomy) length back (hard -- and soft is even bigger than before).
