My tubes where positioned well inside the glans. Scar tissue was inside the shaft at penis base which was very likely sequel of my radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. I still have significant thickening around penile base. Pain i felt when scar tissue broke was in shaft especially base of penis. After this happened, i do not have pain when fully inflated and I can stay inflated without pain for a long time. I can not inflate it to produce pain which tells me I reached my max with 18+1.
