Bionic as of 12-11-2019, I am a Titan man apparently - Pictures

I had what seemed to be very successful implant surgery at the UroPartners surgery center in Des Plaines, IL on Wednesday. My Dr was XXXXX and it seems that 90% was covered by BCBS - Obamacare Silver 203. He used a 20CM Titan and mentioned that I am not very deep inside and said I should be happy with length. I was close to 7" and 6" around before ED really started kicking in after a penile fracture in 2016. See my earlier post for history and insurance nightmares:

https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=12809

The surgery itself was done while I was completely under and when I woke up and was told it was done, I couldn't believe it. Since, I have had pain but not so bad. I was given Hydrocodone and took that the first day but I could not keep food down so I switched to regular Tylenol. He installed a "drain" which I had removed the day after surgery. This apparently limits swelling which there in apparently none. As I write this, I am sitting at my desk at work with minimal discomfort.

I won't see him until the 2nd of January and he may show me how to work it at that point. I am at 20% inflation and filled out nicely. It would seem that when I actually can pump this baby up, I will be satisfied. I do feel a giant burden has been lifted but am sure it will take time until inadequacies and fear will go away when I realize that those are in my past.

It was interesting that the famous Dr Levine was in the next Operating Room when I had my implant done. He is a UroPartners DR but not in my network.

I will post pics later and provide more details. So far, so good!

Got my Titan don't know size on the 9th. Activation scheduled for the 31st. Been taking pictures to log it as I go. My Drain was in for 4 days. Balls still swelled up to the size of a grapefruit. No real pain to speak of. Took pain pills for first couple days out of precaution, nut no more than a single dose of advil since. I am currently at 20% as well, but left surgery at 30%. when he removed the drain his lowered it some to make me more comfortable.

I can't believe your sitting back at work! I took an entire month off for this. No way I could be sitting there after this.

Looking forward for New Years :D ...

Gercoa, can't sit straight down, huh? Feel like your taint area pushing up into your guts?
Mine only lasted a week, but that was enough. I was glad when I could finally sit down on a chair and not have to scoot up and sit on the back of my butt.
Later on, with my infection, before I had to sit down, have to pull crotch area of pants down, then sit down (one of the things we take for granted sitting down).

Hey Spirit...congrats on making the leap...and, small world...I was in that same River Road UroPartners facility back on 11/18. Levine did my implant. Wonderful people at that ambulatory surgery center and a shockingly easy pre-op and post-op experience. I see Levine on Tuesday for my 4 week check up and hopefully first activation/inflation. I left non-inflated. First pump up per Levine's protocol is at 4 weeks. I had some discomfort but honestly nothing I would describe as "pain". Which is still pretty astounding to me, considering what went on down there. Hope yours continues to progress well!

@stephen54 Cool. Yes, they are unbelievable at that center. This was my first surgery of any kind and I was pretty stressed, slightly shaking actually but they calmed me down. There were perhaps 6 people who attended to me and all were spectacular. I wonder if the surgeons there use the same technique?

Sitting at work again and am fine. I was expecting much worse though getting up and out of a car makes me feel old! I will be posting images today.

I wonder what my length will be. It is what it is but the Doc seems to think I will be pleased. He noted that not much of the 20CM is inside me as I am very shallow whatever that means. As for girth, I suspect that will be fine as it is not bad uninflated.

I always hate to wish time away but would love to jump ahead 6 weeks so that I can give my Wife the treatment she deserves after 3 years of patience.

Here are some images. All seems to be doing well. One incision with little bruising.

Question: So do these Titan Cylinders expand lengthwise and in girth?

Day 3 - Minor swelling near incision but not much.

Good luck Jeff! I hope all goes well. I feel much better about myself already and just that makes it worth it.

Nice to have the Wife involved. Mine is not a nurturer by nature but she has been great since my erections went away and really shocked me before and now since the operation.
