Mine feels no different whether inflated or not. My libido disappeared following a stroke and the implant has never been used.

No offense guys, I really enjoy reading your answers. But seriously please take a moment to stop and read my question. I notice some of you are quick to only reading the title and not the content of the thread thinking both are one and the same when in reality theyre not. So please, this is as important for me as it was for you guys to have your implants since I'm considering getting an implant and would appreciate your thoughtful answers without you excitingly rushing to answer it. My libido was average, I think. My ability to respond to it was limited by the paucity (scarce and short-lived) of my erections.

My mind got aroused. My penis habitually responded ungenerously. So, on the rare occasions I got a usable erection, I was compelled to use it before it collapsed. Oftentimes to the disappointment of my partner.

Pre ed I had a very high libido. After accident and no erections, no desire. No hard on, no desire.

Sex became pretty much a no go or a big production. Easier for me and my wife just to not have it.

After implant and ability to get hard, libido was back. I want it that makes her want it. If she walks by now and i do not smack her ass or touch her she thinks something is off again.

Sad to say i stopped trying much when i could not get hard. Ability to get hard, i want to have sex again.

I am not saying there are not other ways to satisfy your partner but oral sex, toys, and fingers only go so far. At some point I like hearing the words. God i need you inside me right now.

Now i can, and do. There is nothing in the world like being buried inside your partner, arms and legs wrapped around one another.

I may not be the one to answer the original question, but, I recently had to stop taking testosterone injections and my libido crashed.

So after your accident you had no libido. But after the implant your libido came back. Got 3 key questions for you...

1) Is the only way for you to feel libido now is when you inflate?

2) Did you use testosterone injections to get your libido up?

3) When youre flaccid (not inflated) do you feel any libido at all? Or is the only time you do is when youre inflated?

I have low testosterone and have to use a supplement. Hate taking it until my energy level just dies. Then I take it. Makes zero difference on my want to have sex though. When my t levels after accident were below 50, I still wanted to have sex or masturbate. T levels made no difference I just had low energy.

If I see my wife walk by in a t shirt and her underwear I want to have sex. My job is just convincing her. I do not pump up till she is ready so pumping up has zero effect on my want to. Me walking around house naked with my dick sticking out does not do much for getting her in the mood. It takes more work on my part than that. However seeing her naked still just makes me want to do her. I think she may be a little more cautious now about walking around naked in front of me so knowing I will do my best to get her in the mood.

My issue is that I got low libido which is at 280. My uro prescribed t cream. I was on it for 10 days before giving that up last week. The reason is that I've read about guys losing their hair from it. Kinda scared about that.

Btw did you experience any hairloss when taking trt?

Yes, men have estrogen in their body just as women have testosterone, but at a reduced level.
