Sorry about my original post. Too vague.
More times than not I have to press the bulb on my Titan VERY hard until it pops to get implant pumped up Any experience with this? Something I need to live with? Can Dr Eid remedy the situation? Will it require replacement?
Thanks guys.

The Titan pump is very stiff initially, but it softens up some over time. Mine is a little stiff still, but I have pumped it up very rarely, maybe for a minute or so once every two or three months since 2008 just to keep things stretched. Others may report more softening with more frequent inflation.

I worked on mine for 4 hours! Pressed and pressed as hard as I could. Helped me to read Coloplast say that you can’t break the pump by pressing too hard. Once I got the big pop and swoosh sound - the flow started! Was very sore so rested for 4 days. Worked easily when things settled down. Be careful when you do get it to work not to pump up too much at first. It’s also tricky to get the deflation to work. Good luck and feel free to private message me.

Reading the forum, I guess I am doing things bad. First, I don't know what is 'deflated mode'. When I have to deflate, I press the button and liquid begins to get out of the cylinders. If I release the button, the flow stops. To continue emptying the cylinders, I have to press button again. If I keep pressed, the lyquid get out of cylinders to a point in which it stops. Then, I have to squeeze the penis (with the button pressed) to empty the cylinders completely. If I squeeze the penis without press button, nothing happens.
When I inflate, I just press the pump. No pop. Just press and lyquid start filling the cylinders.

Hey One - it sounds like you may have the Genesis pump - not the One Touch. It is the older model that requires you to hold down the deflate button in order to empty the cylinders. Some surgeons prefer it over the newer model because it is simpler and therefore perhaps more reliable.

In the papers the doctor gave me stats clearly I have been implanted with OTR. And my doctor has confirmed it.

I was convinced that was my case but Dr. said it was the one touch. It took a long time before I finally got to where it worked correctly every time. After deflating and while still holding your cock and then squeeze the pump it should be very hard then pop and be soft to squeeze.
If it does not happen relax it will with time after the unit breaks in.
