Can someone explain the purpose of RTEs?
Back home and looked at my report:

"Removal of Colplast Malleble penile prosthesis and replacement with
Coloplast Titan with legacy pump (20cm/bilat 2cm RTE/ 75cc cloverleaf reservoir in the right retropubic space)"

Are they needed? Does it mean I have a total of 22cm of dick?

RTEs are used either to move up to a larger size of implant that doesn't exist or more frequently they're used so the corporotomies and the tubing line up where they should.

22cm total means your inside and outside dimensions. That's 8.66" total length of the implant but only part of that is beyond the pubic bone (distal).

Not likely with your current anatomy and equipment. If your crus goes into your taint/perineum (between your balls and ass), that has to be accounted for as well. From the back-most point of the implant, forward through your perineum and up to the pubic-bone, all of that implant length will always be buried and only what extends beyond that, toward the head will be available.

Well, its been a very slow healing process, so )!

Just noticed the other day that when I am at the urinal at the office, it is not as uncomfortable to pull Fred out and piss, not to mention shake. So I know healing is happening, just at a VERY, VERY slow pace.
When I fuck, the guy's ass has to be at my level. My dick cannot angle up or down. I guess this will come with healing, but for now, only short guys, lol.

I guess since things are so new that the Titan rods are stiff in the back of junction.

The Titan I have has release buttons on both sides. Went to Coloplast site, nothing there.

Looks like you hqve the genesis pump that requires you to squeeze the two bars/buttons together to release pressure.

Yeah, I know:(. But, after going through 3 surgeries to fix their fuck up...I guess my Dr. did not like having to do a 3rd surgery.
