Sorry about your discomfort. You are in good hands. Are you taking Advil/Motrin? I did to get ahead of pain and swelling. It might help with your sensitivity.

Nope! Didn't even know that would affect sensitivity. Will take some right now and hope for the best.
Its not exactly comfortable even walking around with an open robe.
Took a shower last night, not touching crotch area, it was 'different' and the warm water did not feel good. I tolerated it, but not looking forward to the next one

Pain/discomfort...my balls ache!
When the AMS went in, for a weekend, my balls were HUGE! Even, but huge, not sure about the pain, but THIS one I am sure of. As you can see, things are uneven, rt. testicle is bigger. Swelling is evident, but was not expecting this much after this many days.
Not sure what is happening with pics, but I did post *one* of each.

Well, its been a week.
Balls still hurt, but not as much today. Wish Dr. Kramer just told me to quit bitching and have patience, lol.
It is hard, no pun, to not want to hurry things up and get back to gym and play some racquetball, esp. after 5 months (all totaled).
No jostling of balls with aerobics (stairmaster or elliptical machine), but lifting weights lightly and situps will greatly help me. i am going stir-crazy in this house.
Can't walk outside, cold and wet, but I am going to test myself and drive to store about a mile away and see what happens. Have to get creative and do some body exercises.

Good news! Get your ass out of the house man!! Congrats!! Good luck managing that package at the gym;) Dude you are so newly implanted - time heals all wounds. And it’s slow as fuck with an implant. At week 5 I’m almost normal. Can sit with legs crossed, package scrunched up, vigorously touch/handle my dick and balls, etc. It’s like I’m finally at a place where my body is not on guard and automatically protecting that area. Took 5 weeks to get here.

I agree Jasonsa. I am at week 8. My body did not like the dissolvable sutures and began draining. Finally stopped draining last Thursday and is no longer red or painful. Still feels weird crossing my legs and feel the pump move. I am so happy with my erections though. I am penis is finally starting to look like it used to. Patience is the key.

Well, from what others have said on this site, including me, everyone responds differently. For me, I can honestly say that 1st week with the malleable was the hardest, no pun.
I am reading up on the malleable, and hopefully, the folds in both the AMS and Titan will be resolved really quick because I plan on having this malleable replaced with the Titan and get back my size and girth:)!
JH2007, was reading earlier that the malleable, because its constant rigid state, eventually gets uncomfortable, and it causes erosion of penile tissue because it is what it is...just two rods that do not change shape. However, I have not read yet where you get your size/girth back.

Well, saw Dr. this AM. He put in a Tactra malleable. I did ask him about the erosion issue, and he said that it was because of the implant placed with a lot of room to move, therefore creating a lot of rubbing.
I plan on still going through the replacement with a Titan come March...at least that is what I say now:).
