For the past 6 days, I have gone commando, and for me, that is great! I don't usually go commando, but with the sensitivity issue, then the uncomfortableness with my dick being bent, this is a definite improvement! Still sore on the cut area (forgot what he called it), so still have to gingerly scratch my balls. Very little improvement on finding the valves, but its slowly happening:)

Just asked bud here for a blowjob and he said 'no'. Its no biggie because I usually want to slap his head away because things feel 'funny'. When his mouth is on shaft, it feels great, but the head, I guess because I am still healing, becomes painful to the point that I want to slap his head away.
We got to talking about what my dick feels like in his mouth, and because he knows what is in there, he just told me my dick feels funny to him.
So I will post a separate thread on how partners or SO feel when they have the implantee's dick in their mouth.

Sending out email to Dr. about ball's suture area still too tender to make exploration of valves a possibility. There is something in front of the valves, but still too tender to really explore. When I scratch my balls, that middle area reminds me that I have to be careful, lol.
Also, email will contain info about bubble on top side of dick that when I depress it, it pops right back out. It is not painful, but it is funny feeling.

Semi-success today, as I have to look at my notes on how to properly pump, as per FT.
I see Dr. this Thursday, my soreness along my suture area goes down as time goes by, so I decided to try to pump today. Failed miserably! I was not expecting the difficulty in pumping, but NOW I see the need to use 2 hands.
The fucking bulb slipped out of hand while I was trying to pump! It was difficult, used some force, it gave a bit, but bulb slipped out. Thankfully, my hand slipped DOWN, instead of up, which really would have caused me pain because I did not have my other hand above it to protect my balls should it slip up.
Can someone remind of what I need to do if my bulb is difficult to depress?

When I first started pumping my brand-new implant, I would steady the pump's valve body with one hand (reaching thumb and forefinger over the top of my penis, thumb on one side and forefinger on the other side, near the base of my penis with heel of my hand resting on my belly). The other hand's forefinger bent to form a hollow so the bulb would not slip away. The bulb could then be pressed with quite a bit of pressure up against the base of my thumb, almost in my palm. I found this configuration to be much more stable than just thumb and forefinger (as you would pick up a grape or a marble) and I could apply a LOT more pressure easily.

In time, as the bulb became easier to compress and my hands became accustomed (muscle memory and practice), I only need one hand - either hand.

It only took once, slipping off the pump bulb and hitting my testicle to convince me to develop the two-handed technique for safety's sake.

Good luck.

My "slips" don't usually impact one of my testicles. Since the pump is slung so tightly along my spongiosum/urethra, any slipping of the pump invariably drives the pump right into the underside of my penis - which by the way, can smart quite a bit. Not as much as whacking a testicle but still...

Just came from appt for follow up on surgery 3/2. All is well, a little miffed that Dr. was able to pump and deflate me with out any problems. I was kervetching about not being about to find the valves, but I guess I had to wait for a professional to do it so I can feel what he did. Of course he said that I may have been using fold over skin on the valves, hence the discomfort.
Prescription is for 2X a day, maybe more, for 10 min. I guess I will be walking around naked from time to time, lol.

Speaking of naked, for you more experienced guys, stowage is still a problem for me. Did you guys have that issue for a while? I mean, I am not sensitive, but when i sit, there are times when, if I sit and my pants or shorts ride up and pull in my dick it feels like I did when I had the semi rigid. I would have have to re-adjust myself. For right now, going commando is a preference because when I put on tighty whiteies, just that little confinement is enough to be uncomfortable (Fred is tugged in a bit).
