Hmmm....visited Dr. yesterday. I told him about my issue when I cough. He told me to be on the lookout for bulging.
Felt slight bulging on right side of pubic area, in waist area, more specifically, area belt is cinched.
Had Dr. feel area. He felt the slight bulge, and said it felt like something was moving in there.
He knows about my implant, heck he is curious about it since its a 1st for him. I told him what the 3-piece was made up of, and area of reservoir, which is above area he felt.
Long story short, see Urologist. He wondered about the saline leaking, how would they put more liquid in, but told him the only way was to go in for a look/see at a cost of over 30K!!!

If I knew then what i know now...I would go with the Rigicon Rigi10 malleable. Lifetime guarantee and stowability is 135 degrees with minimal springbacks.
Have 'before' pics of cock before implant. Girth will suffer, but will be longest length.

Thanks, I already know the table from other posts. It's more about the personal experiences with the use... you will find very few stories and these are also very different in terms of pros and cons to malleable implants

I'm also curious about malleables .. the thing that worries me most is extrusion over time, here I should have more answers and above all objective ones.
for the rest nothing worries me, as to think that it is being used by a porn star
