With your implant (malleable) there shouldn't be any trouble at all since there's no tubes.

Personally, I would be very careful about vacuum on any device inside me for this reason: If your flesh gets pulled away from the device, the void will fill with fluid. Blood, lymph, whatever is available to fill the void. If that fluid stays (congealed, whatever) it can form an abcess, then scar tissue or, worse, grow an infection.

I am not any kind of medical professional, so discuss with one, please.

Tks, Crtrader.
Feeling much better this time around. I know I am inflated, but its not as bad as the 1st time.
I am actually able to sit down this time. My perinium area pain, the 1st time around, is not there.
I got out of clinic in about 3 hours. So I guess all went well:)!
The last hour was spent fighting the effects of the anesthesia. I just kept up with the nausea and dry heaving.
Got home, went to bed with my legs up. I think I will be reading my notes and finding out all the tips and tricks FT has provided for recovery.

Between my friend and I, I think this has become routine, being the 3rd time, lol
Even the anesthetist asked me if I wasn't just at the clinic because he remembers me (got malleable on Dec. 10 of last year).
After I got home, a nurse must have written a well-wish on my hand, but I cannot read it, go figure.

Oh, read the Titan implant brochure. I guess I got the Titan Classic (no classification). My bulb is like the AMS, but smaller (will compare both keychains).
Guess I was not breathing properly, as my throat is itchy as heck. Not sore, just scratchy.

Happy b-day to me! Hope Dr. Sklar gave me a very good B-day gift, lol.

Seriously doubt I will sleep, as this catheter is bothering me. Thankfully, only 4 hours to go before get the scissors and take it out!

Agfa, congratulations for your Titan!

Did you have general anesthesia? If you do, that is the reason of your throat disconfort, because with general you need assisted breath and the tube leave that pain. It will dissapear very soon.

Now patient for recovering. Your jorney is being tough, but it will have a happy end.

Congrats!!

Thanks David_R,
It was painful last night. Along with the catheter, having my dick point up to my belly button just made for a ruff night.
At 6am, the catheter came out, and well as bandage around cock.
Looking back at the time I was wearing my silk robe and thinking it helped with the sensitivity...it does not! Walking around with my PJ bottoms with dick hanging out.

I mostly laid down in bed yesterday with my dick pointing to belly button. How long did you guys have your dick pointing up? It was uncomfortable to hold it up this AM.

I did have General for the surgery. The other times I went in for surgery, did not have the scratchy throat afterward, so it must be this cold I have and they needed to intubate me.

I habitually keep my penis pointed up. Before implant, my dick, when flaccid, was too short to really hang down. Erect, it is desirable to point up. Now that I am implanted, I want to keep any scar tissue that forms around the implant to be oriented to point everything up.

Just my personal preference. Briefs rather than boxers.
