Any experience with narrow cylinders?

I THOUGHT that might be it.

I have heard that most women prefer a girth more than length. Now, for a tighter opening (anus or a tight vagina) girth could be a problem. But vaginas are designed to stretch enough to pass a baby's head, so absent other issues, your girlfriend should be able to accommodate a penis of any girth. Of course, this presupposes she is sufficiently aroused and her vaginal membranes are not compromised by age, hormonal deficiencies, lack of lubricating vaginal discharges, etc.

Many women find hormone replacement therapy (HRT) restores her youthful elasticity and lubricity (unless there are medical contraindications to using HRT). Additional store-bought lubrication can also help.

REALLY THOROUGH arousal through foreplay is always essential.

I admire your commitment to your girlfriend. Not many men would choose to shrink their penis for love.

Thanks for the advice, guys. Yes...ive used a ved for years now. I think i may have overdone it. Lol
Ive gone months without using one just to see what my non temporary baseline was. I HAVE had gf's in the past who were much more elastic and had no issues with girth. Some even enjoyed fisting. But alas...you find someone who you can trust and want to be with and she happens to be very tight, c section pregnancy, and petite in general. Just trying to keep her is all. Doubt she'd leave but would be nice at least knowing the final implant doesnt cause additional girth .
I guess all thats left to do is get a consult.

Do you think if i was completely 100% flaccid, no pumping, no edema, no nada, and wrapped a cloth tape around and pulled tigh as i could and took that measurement.......would that be fair to assume thats the "tissue" measurement that would surround any implant? Like...take that super tight flaccid measurement and add it to the eliptical circumference of two cylinders side by side.
36mm x 18mm for a standard implant.

If you measure the cross-sectional area of your flaccid penis, then add the cross sectional area of the inflated implant?

I will guess that such a measurement technique would not yield particularly accurate results. For one thing, the implant surgery will likely remove some of the corpora tissue.

In my own case, my girth when fully erect before surgery was about the same as my girth after surgery. Maybe a little bit of an increase.

Conventional wisdom is that your tunica albuginea determines the size of your erect penis. No matter if the inside of the tunica is inflated by cavernosum tissue or implant device.

Lol. Not cross section measurement. Circumference measurement of a super squeezed flaccid penis. That would tell you how much tissue would surround the implant. I guess kinda like removing the humerus from your upper arm, squeezing a really tight tape measure compressing like hell the soft tissue until it wont compress anymore, and then finding what the measurement of the tissue was without the bone in. Then that might give you and idea of what the measurement would be when they slide the bone back in.
The tunica of course will restrict or CAN restrict an implant's (bone's) full potential but perhaps it might still give me an idea of approx what the circumference measurement might be after. Give or take a half inch. No?

I think a better measure would be to not use the VED but install the constricting ring only and go through intense foreplay to get as aroused as you possibly can, then measure your girth. Since the VED engorges all tissues including the skin and area between the skin and tunica, just clamping off the vein and getting blood to flow in sufficiently without the VED will probably give you a close approximation to what your TRUE girth will be if you have a normal cylinder implant sized to your body.
