I don’t have an implant but wear Sheath pouch briefs. They keep the Johnson and the boys separate like the others.
Check them out.

I have both and they are equally good. If you're looking to have the separate pouches for your scrotum and penis though, be certain that the David Archy briefs you are looking at are the 2-pouch variety since they sell different type underwear too.
I had to return a package of David Archy to Amazon and re-order the correct type because what I received (and ordered) did not have the separate pouches. I got David Archy as my second purchase because it was less pricey than the Separatec 3-pack, but it was a 4-pack. I bought the David Archy one size smaller than the Separatec because it was Micromodal instead of Bamboo Rayon. I bought Micromodal boxer briefs from Separatec first and they were a bit on the big side, so I bought the bamboo Rayon briefs. All in all, I have spent over $100 on Amazon for 10 pair of underwear. 3 pair of slick micromodal boxer briefs from Separatec, 3 pair of cottony feeling bamboo-rayon low briefs from Separatec and 4 pair of slick micromodal low briefs from David Archy.

I like Andrew Christian underwear. They do not have a separate pouch for balls and dick, but have a very room pouch that works well for me.

Loving Mac Weldon boxer briefs. Post implant package sits comfortably. No other brand has worked. Previously having been a grower not a shower - digging this new feeling/look. Self-esteem boost!

I wonder about flys on underwear. On briefs, I find them completely obnoxious and have never had any use for them, even as a boy.
Now, especially with an implant (and the resultant extra size and rigidity of my penis-even when uninflated), digging around to open the fly and deploy my penis for urination and stowage afterwards, it is easier to just pull my waistband down far enough to pee over it.
Does anyone actually USE the fly?

They're indispensable on the Separatec and David Archy briefs. I unbelt and unbutton my jeans, reach under my penis and find the flap below, pull it out slightly and over the head of my penis and it rests on top of my penis while I pee. Reverse the process to easily put everything back where it belongs.

Have any you guys used any of this new underwear that keeps your junk separate after implant surgery? I would appreciate some feedback if you have. How has it helped and would you recommend purchasing some of the new underwear? thank you in advance. Wishing you all the best and Merry Christmas.
