Growers vs. Showers and an implant

Hey there:

Getting implanted with Dr. Kramer in as couple of weeks.

I do understand that the implant doesn't allow your penis to retract much.

I'm a major grower where when the penis is flaccid, it sometime will only be a couple of inches and small and thin. But when aroused and erect (even partially) it is very thick and about 7" (used to be more).

If you have an implant and you are not aroused, what is everyones' experience with the look and feel of the implant?

I used to be a grower (going from 2" soft to 5" hard, more than doubling), but with the implant I now am a show-er (going from 3.5" soft/uninflated to 5" hard/inflated, "just" a 50% change). And, with the implant, nothing shrinks up in the cold!

I have an AMS700LGX. My pre implant size was down to 2” flaccid on the best of days and fully retracted much of the time. My erection was down to 4.5” after having my prostate removed and getting Peyronies. After the implant and full recovery it is back to the 5.5” flaccid and 6.5” hard I had from about age 16 to 50 before I started losing size. In my case I am a show-er now with implant, but I was most of my life without the implant also.

In general guys with Titans are more like to be show-ers than guys with AMS but not always the case.

When I am not aroused I have to say it feels a bit lifeless if I am totally deflated. As a habit I pump about three times before I get dressed and that helps me feel about the same as my pre-implant feel. I still have every sensation I did before the implant. There are still times after more than two years of having it that I still feel like I am going to get wood when something gets me stirred up. The feelings are so real I reach down and am still kind of surprised when I don’t find a hard dick.

I was disappointed right after surgery… My usual 4.25 give or take a quarter inch depending on the weather in either of my cities “Manhattan or Philadelphia“ was down to 3.5-ish? six weeks post surgery and two weeks of cycling and I am healing up nicely… 4 to 4.25 deflated and 5.25 to the bone… Usually 6.75 but we will see… I have an LGX 18+2... cannot say I’m a shower anymore than I ever was only time will tell… please ignore any typographical error‘s… I’m using a blind person’s phone “and blind“ and I’ve got a beautiful regional accent LOL……

Same here. I was a grower and now have 5" of semi hardness hanging out there. Still trying to figure out where to hang it and how to wear it. The quality of my problems today.....

I guess I was thinking of how palpable are the cylinders when you are soft and not around when there isn't as much blood around the penis..

I was also a grower from less then an inch to 5.5" erect. Now completely flaccid, I'm 3.5" - 4". I usually keep 3 to 4 pumps in from completely flaccid. That gives me 4" flaccid and a plump feeling which I like. Fully pumped, 12 - 14 pumps, I'm very hard and 5.5" in length. I', very happy with my Titan implant and would never go back to what I had even if I could.

These are things that I cannot understand. And for me, not being able to find a rational explanation, is a pain in the ass.

Fully pumped, 12 - 14 pumps, I'm very hard and 5.5" in length

Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S

My case: Fully pumped: 24-25 pumps (I think there are room for more but aches like hell and stop before that point to strech exercises, or at that exact point just before deflate when I finish cycling.

Coloplast Titan 20cm, 1cm RTE.

At 24-25 pumps, I am very hard and less than 4" length (3,9- 3,95). WTF?

Hmmm...I always thought I was a grower from this state. What do you think?
I am getting the Titan, so if it stays here, I am happy. Growing to just under 8".
