Martial arts with an implant

Is there anyone here with an implant that does martial arts?
I'm concerned about the impact of the flaccid on grappling.

The last thing I want is to give the impression I have an erection and semi when rolling. Things get full on in BJJ and a firm, sticky out flaccid, nope. No use.
I know implant flaccids soften in time, although even then....

Hmmm....I would say go with the 3 piece because it can be actually deflated.
The malleable one, which is one piece, is what you are referring to. I, too, was concerned about going from a fucked up 3 piece, to a malleable, which is basically a permanent chubby (IMHO). It is for people who do not have the dexterity to pump and hold penis and balls at same time, for whatever reason.
I play racquetball, and my concern was if I got the malleable, that I would show up one day with a permanent chubby in the locker room. Difficulty on concealment in regular dress pants, shorts, etc.
A 3 piece will 'shrivel' up when deflated, a malleable, you are stuck with the size all the time (and concealment issues, again).
I am scheduled for surgery on Dec. 10th. Watching the vids, I am going with a 3 piece Titan for the durability for penetration (think anal sex).
