I have no problems with erection so will I still get aroused since the glan is not affected by the same blood flow

I could still have erections before the implant, but couldn't maintain one. My glans becomes engorged when I'm aroused.

Just wondering if those guys who had poor glans engorgement before being implanted are now getting some glans engorgement afterwards? Is this possible? My glans engorgement is very minimal now because of my ED but wondering if it may get better with implant. I’m guessing with little or no glans engorgement sex may be a bit painful with the cylinder tips right at the surface of the head of the penis... there is no longer a nice cushion . Anyone experience the above scenarios?

Yep,No glans engorgement, that is me. All nerves removed in RP surgery. I am a lube expert. uberlube is the best I have found. Trimix did a better job of engorging everything. Nothing beats blood filled dick.

Glans engorging problem is mostly related to us who had radical prostatectomy because of prostate cancer.
When prostate is being removed, lots of surgical clamps were used to control bleeding so blood supply to various parts of penis is compromised and that affects our ability to get erections after prostate removal.
This is iatrogenic patern, caused by surgeons.
For others, venous leak is cause for ED which means blood is coming in by artery and because of no entrapment of blood in the penis and no increase in venous pressure to keep it entrapped; blood is constantly flowing out of penis - venous leak.

To reiterate a bit on the above. I have venous leak, and so using a ring allows me to get an engorged glans. Has to be a tight ring though.
