Pain with pumped hard at 18 months

It is 18 months since my implant. I don't cycle every day anymore because of the pain. Right after IP, I think I was back to original size. Same length as I was with a trimix super hard . I lost circumference because I have no glans filling and tumulence because nerves were removed during RP. When I pump max now, it is very painful. 1-10, it is a ten. If I keep it pumped max for 15 minutes, it stays painful after deflation for a short while. There is no particular point that hurts, it is the whole dick that aches. I have to be careful not to pump to hard before sex because the excitement does enlarge it a little more and becomes painful. That ruins the pleasure of it all. Some have said that if it still aches when pumped, there is still stretching to be done. After a year of cycling and no stretch I stopped cycling.
Do you guys still have pain when you pump hard after a year? I have strong hands from working as a mechanic all my life. Maybe I am applying to much pressure. 30 complete pumps till ball gets hard. Even harder to push release button when pumped that hard.
What are your thoughts and experiences???

Do you have any issues with buckling / folding when inflated (not painfully just comfortable for sex)?
When flaccid any significant folds / dog ears inside?

Oldbeek, Us men are funny creatures. We seem to default to the "too much is just right" setting. Be aware that I do not have any experience. Would it be worth a try to have sex at a hardness level a couple of pumps less than max? Use the max pumps for stretching, a lower setting for sex.

NO folds. perfectly flaccid. Even feel tips a little below the glans. My tunica is very tough. When injecting, I would stab in and then stab again to get through tunica. When trying a auto injector, the hardness of the tunica would bend the tip of a 31 ga needle.

Keep in mind a healthy man will have several natural erections every night to keep the penis in good shape, I would assume we are not different and we should cycle at least once everyday to keep the penis tissues flexibles. Another thing I try sometimes is to release some of the pressure when I experience discomfort, just a little bit so I can concentrate on enjoying sex.

when I pump full and wait and do it again over 30 minutes or so I still get sore I still think its stretching or at least feels that way have gained back most my loss try to daily cycle keep it stretching had lost a lot due to ED and scaring
