Cane, who are you calling old?
What, you think that some of us old farts can't read between the lines, lol?

St1pan2019, your cock and balls will undergo a TRAUMATIC and INVASIVE procedure. You will be swollen and be miserable for about 2 weeks, but you will live, lol.
Just make sure to tell Dr. you are taking shots, and make sure to bring someone with you to help you take notes on top of the instructions they give you.

Since it will be a while before surgery, take a pic of your hardness. Look at it lovingly because this will be a goal for you, in terms of cycling (I am going to be going through this same thing too, and I want my length and girth back!)).

So I apologize if that came off negatively about him… it’s a perfectly normal thing for this to happen… Especially in guys like me with smaller or tighter scrotums.

You are not the first one on this forum being unhappy with Kramer’s competence in the pump placing department.
If you are losing that much effective length and it is very visible and palpable, I’d think it was a problem worth discussing with him if he could redo it.

WhiteCane,

Did you get your implant through penoscrotal or infrapubic incision? I'm guessing infrapubic. It seems that when the doctor is working from the scrotal area, and the cylinder tubes come down into the scrotum rather than up into the abdomen, they can anchor the pump properly into the scrotum without the tubes pulling it back up too much.

Mine was through penoscrotal incision and my AMS MS pump has replaced my formerly very prominent left testicle in my scrotum. My left testicle has been relegated to riding above and behind the pump, almost to the point where I have a hard time finding it.

The peanut gallery LOL... here’s what’s going on… I was implanted with a peno scrotal incision. The tubes are up like that because of where the pump settled… my deflate button is also facing left… pretty much because I didn’t manipulate it like the instruction said LOL i’m going to try pulling down for a while… If I don’t notice results, I will see where the surgeon wants to go with this one… Not gonna worry about that yet as I’m confident I’ll be able to get it out of place… i’ve got a good vice grip out in my shed…..……

Edited my earlier post, but just in case...

My research said you should hold the pump fully, GENTLY pull it down, hold it down for 5 seconds, and repeat as often as you can.
Unless you are into the BDSM scene, vise grip not advisable, lol.
