A shooting pain down the inside of the leg immediately suggests to me that you may have stimulated the pudental nerve.
This nerve innervates the penis, buttocks, lower back, and runs right down the inside of your leg to your big toe.
If the pain has quickly gone away since this would add to the likelihood that you stimulated this nerve. Muscle and tendon issues tend to linger for a few days to weeks.

I only say this because I have stimulated that nerve, albeit by different means, and that shooting pain down the inside is just what I felt.
I'm not a medical professional though, go see a Doctor!

Hurt myself cycling 5 days ago. I was fully pumped and tried to masutrbate gently. Mid stroke I felt a sharp jab deep inside the base of the right side of my penis and the pain shot down the inside of my right leg as well (maybe the damage was at the crus?). It hurt so bad I let out a big yelp. Since then when ever I max inflate it hurts and I wonder if I tore a muscle or something. How long would it take for a small tear in my muscle to heal? I haven’t been able to properly cycle for 5 days

I would calling Dr Eid since he did the procedure and see what he has to say for sure. From what I hear he gives out his number and is good at getting back to his patients.
