Hi franktalk group I need your help what brand of malleable implant do you think is ok. Promedon tube, rigicon rigi, zephir surgical. I know 3 infatlable implant is better. But at the moment only malleable implant I can afford

I don't know your circumstances, but if you can wait, I think is better to wait until you can afford a 3 parts one.
Implanted September 12nd 2019. Coloplast Titan OTR 20 cm + 1 cm RTE. Dr Cruz (Spain). Liver transplanted. Born in 1967. ED since 24 in different degrees. Pills stopped working in March 2019. Injections caused much pain.

First, I will revisit the question of whether or not to use malleable or inflatabe (3-piece).

Trading good sex for OK sex because OK sex is less money....?

The difference in cost (or how much longer will it take to afford a 3-piece implant)?

How big a difference is the sexual experience between the two types of implants? Also, the inconvenience of the malleable is significant for some men.

I revisited the question of which type of implant because I have nothing to contribute to the choices you specified. I just think the inflatable is so much better than the malleable, both for sex and for the other 95%+ of the day.
