CHAT function from phone?

Chat does not work in my iPad or phone? Just computer. Am I missing something?
56 years old. Botched Titan implant 21cm 11/13/19. San Antonio by Dr. Sammy Vick. ED 14 years/Peyronies. Revision by Laurence Levine Chicago January 2021.

I have never gotten on chat from anything other than my computer either. Ive tried everything. I loaded puffin didn't work either. Nothing work except computer.
66 yr old male married 36 yrs use trimix four yrs, cilais and Viagra. trimix work well developed scarring on both sides had implant 1/9/2020 at UT Med Ctr, Knoxville, TN Dr. John Lacy.

Never tried on phone (Android). Chat doesn't work on my Android tablet.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
