My surgeon recommended after starting the inflate/deflate twice a day. To do this for 6 months, & leave inflated for 30 minutes at a time.Anyone else given this advice? I even called the AMS Liaison,& she also said that was what they recommended to.Thanks, Bailey

You'll find this in plenty u of posts on here with a quick search, it's referred to as cycling, allows you to slowly stretch into pre op & pre ED size as well as info the girth of the implant

Pump until slightly stretched / aching each time, you don't have to pump that hard for sex but its better to do so for cycling
