I jacked off early in week 3. I didn’t have to pump it because I was left partially inflated following surgery. When I went for week 4 activation appt. I very gently “took matters into my own hands” at 12 days post op. A little burning but Oh Man that orgasim was like from my college days. Came from way down in my toes. Only ‘bad’ part was I was completely unprepared for the volume of cum that came with it. For years my ejaculate volume had been on the decline. Last 6-12 months pre surgery almost nothing. So I'm still a week from being released from enforced abstinence but I've been figuring out how to inflate to 100%-10% and similar. It's hard to judge exactly how many pumps it takes to reach a certain level of firmness so I figured out that I can pump to max, then press the deflate button but DO NOT SQUEEZE THE CYLINDERS, then immediately the squeeze the pump just enough to lock the valve again (the AMS MS pump will "POP"). If not inflated to the desired level, pump one or two more times.

I've been doing the "MAX then back off and lock pump" method several times in the past few days.
