Takes getting used to but yes I'd say pretty easy once it softens a bit

Finding the release valve was the only problem I ever had, that was soon after my implant was installed. My Dr. gave me a salesmen's sample of the pump so I could see and feel how it worked and that took care of the problem. Love my Titan and after a year and a half, I have had no problems with it. PM me if you have anymore questions or would like some pictures.

that's great. I am day 7 and I also got sent home with a sample valve to help visualize and later practice. initial reaction was - that's in my sac, holy shit ??!! that valve seems huge! yeah indeed I may have questions!

When I first started inflating I was sure that I did not have the "Titan touch" but my Dr. at my 8 week visit said I did. Sample was of the touch. It was just hard to get it to release. Now at week eleven it is easy to do, it takes time for the devise to soften up.

Week 10 for me and things are settling down quite well, I am finding the release valve hard to get to and activate, i am also getting consistent backflow into my shaft giving me a full time semi. ( I am waiting on a reply from the dr on the latter )
I am currently inflating 15 minutes per day and have been for the past week, and have to agree that with use the ball pump at least has become softer and easier to manipulate.
Re the valve and the difficulty getting to it, i must confess things are still tender in those parts with scar tissue etc and I am sure things will improve over time.
I am happy with the results so far,

In my opinion the pump is hard to use at first for three reasons.

1/ The rubber of the new pump is hard ( It does soften up after a couple of months )

2/ Your whole weapon including your ball bag is swollen from the op which does make it harder to get a good grip of the pump ( Becomes much easier when the swelling goes down )

3/ The whole pumping technic is new to you so you will learn how to best grip it after a few goes.

On a side note - I pump up using my right hand but Ive really struggled trying to use my left hand ( Even 15 months post op)
